DENTAL WARRANTY POLICY

Commitment to Quality Care

At our Clinic, we prioritize delivering outstanding dental care and ensuring complete patient satisfaction. To support this commitment, we offer a comprehensive warranty covering specific aspects of the treatments provided.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship. If an issue arises due to the materials used in your dental treatment or the craftsmanship of our dental professionals, we will address and correct it, subject to the terms outlined below.

What is Not Covered?

This warranty does not extend to complications resulting from biological factors. Conditions such as gum recession, bone deterioration, periodontal disease, and similar issues—regardless of their origin—are beyond the scope of this warranty, as they are outside the control of dental professionals.

Understanding Biological Changes

The human body undergoes natural changes that may impact dental treatments. These biological variations can be influenced by factors such as genetics, general health, lifestyle, or the natural aging process. Since these occurrences are beyond medical intervention, they are excluded from the warranty coverage.

We encourage all patients to carefully review the terms and limitations of this warranty. Should you have any questions, our team is happy to provide further clarification.

Warranty Periods for Specific Treatments

Lifetime Coverage – Dental Implants

The implant screw is guaranteed for life against fractures or breakage. However, conditions resulting from biological factors such as gum recession or bone loss are not included in this coverage.

5 Year Warranty – Dental Crowns, Full Veneers & Bridges

Crowns, full veneers, and dental bridges are covered against chipping, breakage, or cement failure for five years. If minor repairs are needed, such as a white composite restoration or re-cementing, the clinic will contribute up to €100 for repairs in your home country. Biological changes like gum recession and bone deterioration are excluded.

2 Year Warranty – Maryland Bridges

Maryland bridges are protected against material defects for two years. However, detachment of these bridges is not covered, as factors such as oral hygiene, adjacent tooth health, and teeth-grinding habits affect their longevity.

2 Year Warranty – Dental Laminate Veneers & Lumineers

Both treatments are covered against breakage, chipping, or cement failure for two years. Minor repairs, such as composite restorations or re-cementing, may be reimbursed up to €100 in your home country. This warranty does not apply to issues caused by biological changes.

2 Year Warranty – Dental Lumineers

Dental lumineers are covered by two years guarantee for breakages, chips, or cement issues. If minor repairs are needed, such as a small filling or re-cementing, the clinic will contribute up to €100 to help fix the issue in your home country. This guarantee does not cover problems caused by bone loss or gum recession.

2 Year Warranty – Dental Fillings

Fillings are covered for two years if they detach from your natural tooth. Minor repairs may be reimbursed up to €30.

2 Year Warranty – Inlays & Onlays

These restorations are covered for two years against breakages, chipping, or cement failure. Minor repairs may be reimbursed up to €50.

2 Year Warranty – Cosmetic Dentures

Cosmetic dentures are covered for two years against breakages, with up to €30 reimbursed for repairs.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

Certain treatments and circumstances are not covered under this warranty:

-Root Canal Treatments – Due to the complexities of dental anatomy, no warranty applies.

-Dental Posts – No coverage is provided, as these treatments are performed on already compromised teeth.

-Work Started at Another Clinic – If your treatment was initiated elsewhere and completed at our clinic, we cannot guarantee the results.

-Surgical Procedures – Treatments such as sinus lifting and bone grafting cannot be covered, as their outcomes depend largely on biological responses rather than material or procedural factors.

Warranty Limitations for Corrective Treatments

If a dental restoration or procedure was previously performed at another clinic, certain complications may arise that are not covered under this guarantee:

1-Sensitivity or discomfort in treated areas.

2-Spread of infections linked to prior treatments.

3-Need for root canal treatment due to complications.

4-Extraction of previously treated teeth or implants.

5-Issues requiring additional replacements.
